Peter Turk was born in London, England.  At the age of 11 moved to Ethiopia with his parents and brother.  They spent six years in Ethiopia after which the family relocated to Northern California.  After finishing high school, Peter attended California State University at Chico where he earned an Engineering degree.  He has spent several years designing medical devices and has received numerous patents, both in the United States and Europe.

Peter has always been interested in fantasy art and began creating his ships and sculptures several years ago.  Peter's sculptures and several of his ships are very unique.  Peter has received numerous awards for his artistic creations while living in California and in Georgia.

Ronda Turk grew up in Boston, MA where she attended the School of Practical Art (now known as the Art Institute of Boston).  Ronda majored in Commercial Art and worked for several years writing numerous radio commercials that were aired throughout New England.  She also did paste up, layouts, copy writing, created an animated television commercial and designed numerous magazine and newspaper advertisements for six utility companies and their subsidiaries.  Further accomplishments include designing a display for the Gas Pavilion at the 1964 World's Fair in New York.

Ronda was one of 100 women who participated in creating a mural for the City of San Francisco that traveled to various major cities throughout the United States.  Hugo Boss sponsored the creation of this mural.  One of Ms. Turk's paintings, named "Tarnished Planet" hung in the Guggenheim Museum in New York as part of the mural.  Ms. Turk has also shown her work in several different venues.

Ronda studied hand building clay art at the School of Fine Arts in Georgia for two years and has attended Cecil Community College where she studied ceramics. 

Peter and Ronda are known Nationally and relocated to Santa Rosa, CA in 2007 where they have set up a studio/gallery in order to continue to create and exhibit their unique works of art.  Ronda holds hand building workshops at their studio.
